These are excellent! Just like a bowl of oatmeal! I was worried about the runny batter, but it baked up perfectly. I made as written just cut back on the sweetness. My husband who is not a fan of oatmeal, enjoyed them. Thanks you!

Excellent recipe. Thank you. I use Fair Life 0% lactose free milk which increased the protein. Would you please create a gingerbread , cinnamon roll and orange cranberry versions. The holidays are coming and these would be festive without the $$ or weight gain. . Stay well

It calculated as 6 for me too until I changed the brown sugar to the brown monk fruit sweetener she uses and it went back down to 2. I’m going to look for that today at the grocery store…2 works better for me lol

I love these so much! I have been tracking them as 2 points (I am doing the newest WW plan) but tonight I put them in the calculator and they came up as 6 points each! I am so bummed about this. I use so many of your recipes! Is the calculated 2 points from an old plan?

I made these but used gingerbread spice instead of pumpkin spice. Taste good and kept me satisfied for the morning.

These are very good! They’re good both cold and heated! I also like to add some peanut butter after they’re heated!

These are scrumptious, moist, and actually did not need the icing! I love them straight out of the fridge…will be adding these to my regular baking rotation (I actually got 8 muffins from a single recipe. With eliminating the icing, they are only 1 point each!) So delicious.
