This was so simple and delicious. I honestly just bought blackened seasoning and it did the trick. Also we drizzled some Yum Yum sauce on top to get I’ve some more flavor and moisture.

Simply delicious.
The salmon was perfectly cooked after 6 minutes, and the spicing was perfect.
Serve with salt potatoes and griddled asparagus for a sumptuous mid-week dinner.
