I too have been embracing a high protein diet in my health journey and not only has it helped me feel more satisfied overall, I have experimented with sooo many different foods as well, especially plant based foods that have added protein to bulk up meals for variety and nutrition and it’s been one of the best changes I’ve ever made and the easiest to maintain. While I’m trying to achieve my goals I’m also resistance training and we know that resistance training + adequate protein is a terrific combo for fat loss and maintaining lean muscle mass. This also made me check and yes- there’s the high protein tag on the website! Yay!! 🙂 Thanks for all the work you do!

I have only one kidney, so it is imperative that I keep that kidney healthy. Many people have kidney issues that are sometimes undiagnosed, as mine; I was born with one kidney and did not find out until I was in my 50s when my blood levels showed that the kidney was in distress. By lowering my protein intake and not taking certain medications, I was able to turn the numbers around. I think it’s important to suggest that your followers reach out to their physician before consuming huge portions of protein.
