I don’t think I’ve ever compelled to write a review on a recipe before. I love all of Gina’s recipes, have all of her cookbooks, and make her stuff allll the time. This was SO INCREDIBLY GOOD. I want to eat the entire platter! Perfect combination of flavors!

This recipe is a keeper. I’m just sad that delicata squash is so seasonal. I found mine at Trader Joe’s. This recipe makes quite a bit. I’m putting some leftovers in my salad tonight.
